Andrea brings a wealth of experience from her 13-year tenure at Bank of America, where she served in various divisions such as Investment Banking (M&A), Human Resources (Campus Recruiting), and Technology (CIO). Following her time there, Andrea held the position of Global Head of Campus Recruiting and Operations at Morgan Stanley, where she gained extensive knowledge of the global recruiting landscape.
With her deep-rooted expertise in campus recruiting and her substantial network, Andrea is set to make a significant impact at Prospect Rock Partners. A graduate of Stonehill College, her educational and professional journey perfectly aligns with the firm’s ethos. Living in New Jersey with her husband and young son, Andrea balances her professional achievements with a rich family life.
