Rachael brings over a decade of experience driving campus recruitment, early career initiatives, and building diverse talent pipelines across finance and technology.

Prior to joining Prospect Rock Partners, Rachael spent 12 years at Credit Suisse in roles including Global Campus Recruitment Lead and Program Manager for the Investment Banking Division. She then transitioned to tech, serving as Student Programs Recruiter at Amazon and a Senior Recruiter at Haven Technologies.
Rachael is renowned for designing impactful campus recruiting strategies, fostering university partnerships, and implementing robust hiring programs. Her proven ability to attract and develop future leaders from diverse backgrounds will further strengthen the firm’s commitment to excellence.
